On 23 October 2023, Christine, my wife and partner of 35 years, died.

She taught me so much whilst she was alive and I find it bewildering that, now she is dead, she is still teaching me even more.

I started a diary when she went into hospital on 17 October 2023 and I have kept it going. At the moment, it is an unedited brain dump of memories and thoughts on our life together so I have no intention of inflicting this on the world 'undigested'.  At some stage, I will be strong enough to review what I have written to find, I hope, some greater meanings and even some new truths about how I feel and who I am as a result of happening on this remarkable woman. 

Suffice to say that I am not there yet.
